Dance the night away under the stars and the Jackson Covered Bridge on Saturday August 06, 2011 starting at 7 PM... We are excited to say that we will have the pleasure of hearing a local favorite, again this year... "The White Mountain Boys" will be back. So plan on coming early and dancing from the start.

They’ll be plenty of food to satisfy your dining needs so come hungry. Wildquack the Duck will be on hand to keep the dancing going. Bring your chairs, blankets, friends, family and, of course, your Dancing Shoes as the Jackson Community comes together for this Old Fashioned good time.

If you weren't able to make the 2010 Covered Bridge Dance this is your opportunity to share in the fun you missed last year. It isn't often you see any of New Hampshire's Covered Bridges closed to vehicles... but on this very special night the Jackson Covered Bridge will be closed from 5 PM until midnight for this great event. You know an event is worth the trip when it stops traffic... signs will be posted and our very own Jackson Police crew will be on hand to redirect traffic as needed. Merely continue north on route 16 and take the first right after the Covered Bridge to get into Jackson Village. Please note... all Jackson Village businesses normally opened at night will most certainly remain opened during this event. So please... mark your calendars and join us for a night of Dancing under the Stars and the Jackson Covered Bridge.

Parking for this event will be marked. The entrance fee to the Covered Bridge Dance is FREE! Donations are always welcome. Remember to bring your dancing shoes and again, come hungry!
