The 3rd "Jackson's Cake Boss" competition will take place during the Annual Wildquack Duck River Festival on Sunday May 27, 2012. Will of J-Town Deli & Country store (located right on route 16A in Jackson Village) be able to hold her title of "Jackson's Cake Boss" or will someone else take home the prized title and $100 purse. We'll see.

The Competition takes place in Jackson Village Park where 5 local judges representing restaurant owners and or chefs will determine just who the 2011 "Jackson's Cake Boss" will be...

The theme this year for the cakes/cup cakes is "Yellow"... the bakers can basically determine what the color yellow means to them whether it be yellow ducks or flowers or bumble bees... they will determine what it is to them. Each entry must agree to bring enough of their baked item to feed 50 guests. Guests can make a $2.00 donation to vote for "People's Taste" Award and to have a tester's piece of each entry or a $1.00 donation for a piece of one of the cakes/cup cakes.

Fill out the form and return it to the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 304, Jackson, NH 03846 with your $25 fee per entry. Winners of both "Jackson's Cake Boss" and "People's Taste" awards will receive a $100 purse. Baker's will not use any nut or nut products please!
